5-10 - Washington D.C
Today was a fascinating match. It was a tremendous team effort that the USA displayed. I was having so much fun playing in the game. We beat Canada 6-0. I had a goal and an assist. Abby had 3 assists, Tarpley scored a goal, Natasha scored a hat trick and Leslie added the last goal. Everyone contributed in this win over Canada. It was great having some close friends at my game to watch. I think this is a great step for us and will boost our confidence going forward. Pia and the coaching staff are doing a fantastic job working with us and making sure we make a difference on the attacking side of the game. We are playing some good futbol! I am home for a week and then I resume with the National Team for a 2 week camp in LA. I will be on the Today Show live tomorrow morning (May 12) at 8:30am.

5-3 - Birmington, AL
It was another exciting game played tonight. There were 9 goals scored in 90 minutes of play. Somewhat unusual for a soccer game. We ended up winning 5-4 against Australia. It was another hard fought battle between them. Australia played well and we did some nice things. We still have to focus on playing well for the whole 90 minute game which we are working on, but I know we can do it. I played the whole game and felt pretty good. I had some things I tried working on to improve my game and did a pretty good job of that. It was exciting to get that winning goal from Ang Hucles in stoppage time. Today was the first time we have played in the new Navy uniforms, which I think look awesome. We play one more game in Washington, D.C. against Canada.

4-28 - Cary, N.C
What an interesting game we just played in. It was raining so hard that it got delayed 1 hr. The field had puddles everywhere and the rain kept coming down. I actually enjoyed playing in this weather. We ended up winning 3-2, with a late goal in stoppage time that I scored off of Cat Whitehill’s free kick. We played some good soccer throughout the game and it was a good feeling to get the win. We play
Australia again on May 3 in
Birmingham, Alabama. You can follow on

We arrived in Cary, N.C. on April 22nd. It rained the first day but actually felt good. We all had to run the beep test (which is a standardized fitness test for out team) on the second day, which went very well for everyone. I was very happy with my result. Training has been good. Its been nice to get back onto the field after our break. It has been hot here. We play tonight against Australia at 7pm. I am looking forward to playing another game, as I can continue to get better and connect with everyone on the field.
